My admission to Neworld detox was the start of a new journey. It was amazing. The staff, the director owner/operators and the doctor. These people can help with anything. Even the patients were supportive and kind. The environment was amazing, esp being far from Toronto. They give u an amazing selection of meals, order whatever u want. It was amazing. The nurses were amazing and supportive. Always there for u. I felt next to zero discomfort. I recommend this place over any other detox center as I've looked around. The counselor wrote me a whole plan for the future and she was just totally there for u and supportive. The housekeepers are the heart of the house to be honest. They are always happy, smiling and on top make u a fresh BLT for lunch 😃 Neworld detox gave me a 2nd shot at life and I'm absolutely glad I chose to go there. THANK YOU VERY MUCH TO EVERYONE AT NEWORLD DETOX CENTER. love u guys. And this isn't no made up message ur more than welcome to message me anytime.

My name is Bryan and I stayed at New World the first week of October 2019. This place is amazing. The people that work there are some of the kindest and compassionate people I have ever met in my life. You can talk openly and honestly with them with no fear of judgment and the counseling sessions are not on a timer so no worries about looking at the 60 minute clock they have in other places. The owners are caring and accommodating. I recommend this place highly without hesitation and I have been to several places in the past two years in my own struggle with addiction. There is absolutely NO words to describe the care I got while @ Neworld. Every single staff member have been truly AMAZING. Without coming to Neworld my time on this earth would have been very limited. I honestly have my happy back and there are not enough words or time to express my gratitude. I love all of you.

It was a great experience for me. All the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. It was so great to be in a safe environment with people who truly care about your well being. Comfortable like home living space that you are able to roam around as you feel comfortable. Food was great and guests are also great. I enjoyed my time here but hope to not return !

My stay was easier and smoother than I could ever have imagined. Every single staff member were very kind, caring and supportive. I felt pampered and safe and taken care of every minute I was here from people I truly believe care. As crazy as it sounds I enjoyed my stay. It was hard but they make it so much easier, give hope and support and I really highly recommend Neworld. I wish I could help with a suggestion but all my expectations were greatly exceeded. I am so grateful and thankful to have had this opportunity for help. The food was great. So much love to everyone that has helped me.

I found Neworld to be very beneficial in my recovery. The Dr and staff were kind and made my stay and recovery as comfortable as possible. I experienced excellent counseling and amazing honest care from the nurses. My withdrawal symptoms were handled carefully without over medicating as the choices were mine. I really appreciated the personal care and the detail to ensure my comfort. Thank you.

Deciding to come to Neworld for alcohol detox has been the smartest and safest decision that I could have made. The doctor and highly qualified professional staff have made my stay comfortable. I am impressed with the duty of care that has been afforded to me. The generosity given has been very memorable. This is truly a unique facility that is very clean, comfortable and warm.
