NEWORLD Medical Detox Response to COVID-19

NEWORLD has been closely following the global situation in regards to COVID-19 and its potential impacts. The health and safety of our staff, our clients, and our communities is our top priority. We are taking extra precautions to safeguard the health and safety of our employees and our valued clients.

As the situation around COVID-19 is changing rapidly, we continue to monitor updates from Ontario Health Services. We are continuing to operate and accepting clients to our facility to provide the necessary care they need throughout this difficult time.

We are taking extra precautions with screening of all clients prior to admission to ensure they are asymptomatic and not at risk of coronavirus before admission. We are undertaking vigorous cleaning and sanitizing of our facility daily. We are not allowing any visitors to our facility, as well as other safety precautions around the clock.

This situation is fluid and we are continuing to monitor the situation as it evolves.
